1. Waste paper tailing pulp rejects seperator in the carton paper making
The rejects separator is an ideal equipment for tailings treatment in waste paper pulping system. Adopting closed operation, no splash of pulp water, good treatment effect, reducing fiber loss, and low slag disposal cost. It is a special equipment for treating tailings of equipment such as fiber separators and pressure screens.
Waste paper pulp, due to the different paper quality of waste paper, there are a large number of impurities. The rejects separator can eliminate light impurities and break down the nodules in the fiber, and it is not easy to block the sieve.
The rejects separator is operated under normal pressure and closed operation. The discharging is continuous, and there is no clogging and slurry splashing, no vibration, noise, and no special care is required. The fiber recovery rate is about 70%, and the slurry concentration is 1% -2%. The concentration is 15% -20%, which is easier to operate and maintain than other tailings processing equipment.
